Multifactor personality profile

The Multifactor Personality Profile is a basic questionnaire oriented at the personality of the examinee. It can be utilized in all areas of work where human capital is concerned. It provides a solid ground for a larger diagnostic complex.

These multifactor personality questionnaires inform about the respondent’s basic personal traits, how they perceive the world and make decisions, or which activities they prefer. This forms the basic platform on which future development can be built. The questionnaire is based on the popular MBTI concept to which it adds four more bipolar scales.

Aside from output in the form of an easy-to-read chart, it also provides a comprehensive text including the interpretation of the overall profile, identification of advantages and potential risks, recommendations in regards to further development and, in case you define an ideal profile in advance, a comparison of the results with the ideal profile.

The multifactor personality questionnaire is an excellent basic ground for application and interpretation of further, more specialized methods.

There are eight bipolar scales, such as Discipline x Improvisation.

The questionnaire is intended for a wide range of work positions.

Stress management questionnaire

The Stress-management Questionnaire describes the participant’s ability to cope with difficult and stressful situations and it is aimed especially at employees in highly demanding positions and positions requiring high level of stress-resistance.
The Stress-management Questionnaire observes twelve basic strategies people use in reaction to stress or psychological strain. Individuals tend to apply these strategies automatically and unintentionally, i.e. it is not a conscious choice based on evaluation of circumstances and decision-making. Preference of some of these strategies over others is the result of a number of factors: prior experience, personal traits, upbringing, other influence from the outside world, defense mechanisms, etc. The aim of this questionnaire is to help the respondent realize the strategies they prefer and to teach them, when in need, to deliberately use the strategies which have a generally positive impact on handling stress.
Aside from output in the form of an easy-to-read chart, there is also a text output which comments on the most preferred strategies, analyses risks arising from the overuse of other strategies and evaluates globally the impact of strategies applied, along with their interpretation.

Managerial style quick

The Managerial Style Questionnaire examines the degree to which the participant favors various managerial styles or their combinations.

It is primarily a diagnostic tool for employees at managerial positions, team leaders or project managers. However, it can be also used to monitor preferences in managerial style throughout the company.

It is based on the same concept as the Multifactor Personality Questionnaire which uses four areas, each of which is defined by two bipolar scales. Whilst the Multifactor Personality Questionnaire describes the basic characteristics typical for each scale using adjectives only, the Managerial Style Questionnaire employees a range of complex characteristics and behavior patterns in managing positions, always in relation to a combination of two bipolar scales. At the same time, the scales in the Managerial Style Questionnaire are more specific and closely related to activities typical for managers. Moreover, the questionnaire combines several sub theories of managerial styles within its own original methodology.

The output of this questionnaire is not only an easy-to-read chart but also an extensive text, in which managerial styles are ranked according to the participant’s preference, an interpretation of their overall style is given and advantages are compared with potential risks. In case it is administered with the Multifactor Personality Questionnaire, it also offers a comparison of managerial style and personal profile together with a prediction of areas, where fast development can be expected and areas where it is likely to be less effective. You can easily see here, which managerial styles fit well the personality of the manager and which managerial styles would be demanding and hard for him/her, because they do not fit his/her natural personality and behaviour.

Team Profile

The Team Profile questionnaire analyses how the participant favours various team roles. It is aimed at diagnostics of employees who are a part of permanent or project teams.

It can be used to gain the profile of individual team members or the whole team.
It is based on the same concept as the Multifactor Personality Questionnaire. The concept of this questionnaire works with the assumption that each team member assumes multiple roles and works within their combinations. At the same time, these roles may not be in accordance with the employee’s personality profile. Whilst personality characteristics are of a more permanent nature and less susceptible to external influence, team roles are only assumed in the context of each individual team, its needs and the requirements of the outside world. Whether or not these team roles are in accordance with one’s personality profile is a key factor for the degree of comfort we experience when acting them out. To facilitate understanding, our questionnaire uses mostly the same terminology of basic team roles as the well-known Belbin’s Team Role Test.

Aside from an easy-to-read chart, the output of our questionnaire offers a text section, where the team roles are ranked by preference, the three most preferred ones are described in detail and their advantages and potential risks are analyzed. If administered together with the Multifactor Personality Questionnaire, it also provides a comparison of personality and team profile of each member and identifies, in which areas a rapid development can be expected and in which it is less likely
